For store employees working 35 hours or more
Yes. You will receive coverage in the amount of $5,000 for Basic Life and AD&D at no cost to you. The Partnership covers 100% of the cost.
For store/general managers
Yes. You will receive coverage in the amount of $25,000 for Basic Life and AD&D at no cost to you. The Partnership covers 100% of the cost.
For store employees
No. Neither Basic Life nor AD&D coverage is available for your eligible dependents.
For store/general managers
Yes. Your spouse will receive Life coverage in the amount of $10,000 and your child(ren) in the amount of $5,000. There is no AD&D coverage offered to your spouse and children.
The coverage gives your beneficiaries financial protection if you should die or are dismembered in an accident.
You will be asked to name your beneficiaries when you enroll for benefits. You are automatically named the beneficiary of your dependents' life insurance coverage.
Sun Life administers Basic Life and AD&D coverage.
You will receive Basic Life and AD&D coverage at no cost to you. The Partnership covers 100% of the cost.
