Long Term Disability (For Managers and Managers in Training)

You will receive 60% of your monthly earnings, up to a maximum of $10,000 per month, if you have a qualified disability as approved by Sun Life. You must work an average of 35 hours or more per week to be eligible for this coverage.

Am I required to provide Evidence of Insurability (EOI) to enroll in Long Term Disability coverage?

If you did not elect this coverage when first eligible you will be required to provide EOI to enroll in Long Term Disability coverage.
